What is Safarini Leadership?

Safarini means “on a journey” in Swahili.

Through cultural immersion in northern Kenya, you step outside your normal environment and encounter radically different ways of leading, belonging and making decisions. We design immersive leadership journeys that combine wilderness, indigenous wisdom and deep peer dialogue, creating the conditions to see yourself and your role more clearly.

At the heart of each journey is movement across landscapes, perspectives and assumptions. Walking alongside Samburu elders and fellow leaders, you engage in structured conversations that explore shared challenges through a different cultural lens.
